The herb Passiflora incarnata is also known simply as Passiflora. Passiflora has a history of use in foods – having been used for jam as well as in infusions of tea. Avena sativa, better known as the oat plant, can also be used as both a food and a herb. It is the green leafy parts of the oat plant which are used to make Passiflora tincture, rather than oat grain which is commonly used as food. Avena sativa herb contains a number of plant chemicals including a substance known as gramine. The amount of these plant substances is highest just as the plant is about to break into flower and the seeds begin to form.

Ingredients:  Fresh Passiflora incarnata* (Passiflora) aerial parts 70% and fresh Avena sativa* (Oats) 30%. Alcohol content: 58% v/v. *Organically grown
