Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days to return the unused and unopened items, which begins when you receive your order. 

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you are requesting a refund. Return the unused items back to us by post. However, we cannot refund the delivery fee.    

We accept no responsibility or liability to any damages caused by the delivery of our products. SM Health accepts no responsibility if you insert the incorrect address for delivery. Hence, we will not offer any refunds in this instance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All Claims for incomplete, damaged, or defective goods must be made to SM Health within 48 hours from date/time of delivery. SM Health reserves the right to reject any claims after this point.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately, your orders cannot be amended or cancelled once you have placed an order which includes switching products, changing delivery address and changing payment methods. 

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products you must return the products in accordance with the returns policies, unopened and in their complete packaging. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product. 

 Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund. If the item is not eligible for a refund from our terms and conditions described within the returns policy. Then you will be notified of the refund rejection. Please note we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged when returned to us.  

Please contact us by email or in store. If you have received your goods, then you must send them back unopened, and in the same condition in which you received them, to us at your own expense. Once you have returned the unopened and unused goods, SM Health will refund your payment if it is approved. If a product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products or cosmetics cannot be returned. 

We reserve the right to change the Returns Policy at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notification.
