On Wednesday morning, there is a fresh delivery of spelt breads, sourdoughs from Devon. Please order before 12pm on Mondays to ensure that it will arrive on the following Wednesday. 

We can also supply to retailers / bakeries / cafes bulk prices for a range of flours, seeds, nuts and much more. For over 30 years this shop has been a health store.
